Quick, easy, healthy weight loss
OK… yeah, I know… it’s been a while since I’ve been active on this blog. So sorry guys! But guess what… I’m coming back with a BANG!! I have the BEST diet plan for YOU!
Diets are usually either quick and easy but unhealthy, quick and healthy but hard, or easy and healthy but take forever… this diet is all 3, making the perfect diet. I can teach you to loose up to about a pound a week… really cheap, too.
FIRST, PLEASE PURCHASE A SCHEDULE BOOK/PLANNER-
Sounds like weird advice, huh? But this actually works… get one that you really like, too… like a pretty one… maybe with flowers, ribbons, bunnies, ETC… that way you will remember to keep it with you. This year, for 2012, I have a floral Hello Kitty schedule book. Why have a schedule book instead of a note or calender system on your computer? Well, go ahead and make a digital copy, if you want, but you might not always be able to access your computer/laptop/device… or it would be awkward or rude to… like say you are at a restaurant.
Write down the code for each thing that you need to do and to eat for the day(such as “WO” for “Work Out” and add the amount of time that would be expectable for that day in minutes making it “WO 15”, and “B” for “Banana”) on the sections for each day. Also write down the amount of calories that you have and add them together as you go… like maybe you ate breakfast containing about 450 calories, lunch containing 500 calories(950), a snack containing 100 calories(1050), and dinner containing 600 calories(1650), you would keep track of that by writing it out like this:

Once you had your 500 calorie lunch, cross out the 450 and add 500 to 450 like this:

Once you’ve had your 100 calorie snack, reapeat the second step, like this:

1050
Once you’ve had your 600 calorie dinner, repeat the second step one more time, like this:

Green tea is great for weight loss, along with other things(it can balance your mood and give you soft skin, too, what a great bonus)
I tend to drink about 5+ glasses of green tea a day… I really like green tea. ^__^ You can add sugar, but don’t overdue it on the sugar… Besides, you probably won’t like it too sweet, anyways. It tastes perfect fine without a lot of sugar, and it’s naturally pretty sweet.
If you are the type of person who can’t drink that much tea without constantly having to use a restroom/bathroom, then pick one of the following things to also do:
A. Drink cranberry juice
B. Eat cranberries
C. Consume cranberry pills(easiest choice… especially if you don’t like cranberries)
Cut the amount of calories that you consume in a day from either 1/5 or 1/4(depending on how much weight you need to loose and how determined you are… if you just need to lose up to about 15 LBs, then only cut 1/5… if you need to loose 15+ LBs, then cut 1/4). Do NOT excede 1/4, please…(unless you are a female consuming 2500+ calories a day or a male consuming 3000+ calories a day).
Since you are cutting so much food and calories from your diet, you will need something to fill you up and keep you from backing out of the diet. Rice expands in your stomach, making you feel more full. Don’t eat too much rice or you will get sick and feel very uncomfortable… and no, you can’t replace rice with bread.
